Scope the camera workflow around the real operating environment and the person who will use it.

Identify the task, the camera input and the decision a person needs to make.

## Agree the components

Assess the devices, capture conditions, processing, operator interface and required software connections.

## Check a representative workflow

Use agreed examples to review the output, including incomplete or unclear observations. Define what a correct result looks like.

## Confirm the next step

Agree the supported scope, human responsibilities and remaining work before an operational introduction.
